The 7th Ward Neighborhood Association Civic Association in service to one another; as our mission states, we serve. “Neighbors United for a better neighborhood and a better New Orleans.” Mission Statement: To enhance and improve the quality of life in the 7 th Ward. To promote active citizenship. To preserve and promote the art, culture, environment, and heritage of our neighborhood, for the enjoyment and safety of its members and residents.
